Learn to run it yourself

AI Coaching for Women-Led Businesses

AI Coaching is one-to-one training that teaches you to use AI platforms to grow your business — how to prompt them well, how to hand real tasks over to them, and how to judge what comes back. Taught in plain language, starting from whatever your current level is, so you leave able to run and extend it yourself rather than depending on anyone.

Most people meet AI as a chat box and never get past asking it questions. Coaching is about the step after that: using these platforms as working tools inside your business — to write, research, plan, sort, summarise, follow up and decide — so the hours they save go somewhere that actually grows the business.

That starts with prompting, because it is the skill everything else sits on. A vague request gets a vague answer, and most people conclude AI “isn't that good” when the truth is nobody showed them how to ask. You learn to give context, set a standard, show an example, and iterate — the difference between a generic paragraph and something that sounds like you and is genuinely usable.

From there we work on delegating real tasks. Drafting and repurposing content across platforms. Client emails, proposals and follow-ups. Research and competitor scanning. Turning long calls and messy notes into decisions and next steps. Planning launches, structuring offers, pricing thinking. Sorting an inbox, preparing for a week, and writing the documentation you never get round to.

We work on your real work, not exercises, so every session leaves you with something you can use that afternoon — and a written record you can go back to when you have forgotten it.

Who it's for

Coaching is for you if:

  • You want to run AI yourself rather than hand everything to someone else.
  • You've felt talked-down-to or lost in jargon whenever AI comes up.
  • You learn best by doing it on your own real work, with someone to guide you.
  • You want the confidence to keep improving after the sessions end.

What's included

What you get.

Sessions built on your real work

We use your actual tasks — content, client emails, research, admin — so you learn on the work you'll keep doing.

Plain-language teaching

No jargon, no gatekeeping. Concepts explained in words that make sense, at the pace that suits you.

Prompting as a real skill

Context, standards, examples, iteration — how to ask so the answer is usable the first time, and how to fix it when it isn't. This is the skill everything else depends on.

The right platform for the job

Which assistant suits writing, which suits research, which suits analysis, and when the free tier is genuinely enough. No tool loyalty, no upsells.

Delegating the work that grows the business

Content and repurposing, client emails and proposals, research, meeting notes into decisions, launch planning, inbox triage, documentation. The repetitive middle of the week.

Judging what comes back

Where these tools are confidently wrong, what must never be delegated, and how to check output fast — so using AI raises your standards instead of quietly lowering them.

A written playbook, in PDF

Every session leaves you with a documented walkthrough — your prompts, your workflows, the steps in order. You are never relying on remembering what we said.

Confidence that outlasts the sessions

The goal is independence — you finish able to teach yourself the next thing, not needing to book us again.

How it works

Audit → Build or Advise → Handover.

  1. first

    Audit

We look at how you work and where AI would help most, so the coaching targets what actually moves the needle for you.

  2. then

    Advise

We coach through your real tasks together, building your skill and your prompt playbook session by session.

  3. finally

    Handover

You keep the playbook, the habits, and the confidence to keep going on your own — the skill is yours, no lock-in.

The difference

What you usually get, and what you get here

Most AI coaching is a curriculum with your name on the invoice. This is not that.

AI coaching elsewhere

  • A fixed curriculum that starts at lesson one, whatever you already know
  • Jargon you are expected to keep up with — tokens, RAG, fine-tuning
  • Recorded modules you watch alone, with no one checking your work
  • Notes you have to take yourself, if you remember to
  • Generic examples from someone else's business
  • It ends, and you are on your own with what you can recall

AI coaching at The Scale Atelier

  • We start from the level you are actually at, after establishing it honestly
  • Plain language throughout — if a word needs explaining, it gets explained
  • Supervised work: you do it, I watch, and we correct it together in the moment
  • Every session written up as a PDF walkthrough you keep
  • Your own tasks, your clients, your inbox — never a hypothetical
  • Attention to the small details that decide whether output is usable
  • You finish able to teach yourself the next thing

Ways to work together

Two ways in

The deeper build

AI Architecture

For founders who want AI properly embedded in how the business runs. We map your week, decide together what should be handed to AI and what should stay with you, and build the workflows around it — then coach you through running them until they are second nature.

  • Full review of how you currently work, and where the hours actually go
  • A prompt library built for your business, not a generic pack
  • Workflows for content, clients, research and admin, set up with you
  • Supervised practice until you can run each one unaided
  • A complete PDF playbook covering every workflow, step by step
  • Follow-up support while it beds in

Best for founders ready to change how the whole week runs, not just one task.

The focused start

AI Blueprint

For founders who want to start properly without committing to everything at once. We find the area costing you the most time, get you genuinely capable there, and leave you with a plan for what to take on next when you are ready.

  • Honest assessment of your current AI level, with no assumptions
  • One area chosen together — content, clients, admin or research
  • Prompting taught from the ground up on your own real work
  • A PDF walkthrough of everything covered
  • A prioritised plan for what to tackle next, yours to keep

Best for a confident first step, or if you would rather prove the value before going further.

Good to know

Questions about AI Coaching.

None at all. Coaching is designed for non-technical founders — we teach in plain language and work on your real tasks, so you learn by doing rather than by studying theory.

Implementation means we build the systems and hand them over. Coaching means we build the skill in you, so you can use and direct AI yourself. Many founders start with coaching to get confident, then bring us in to implement the bigger systems — or the other way around.

Use AI confidently for the work you do most — drafting, research, content, admin — with your own reusable prompts, and the judgment to keep improving without needing us.

Tailored. We start from your business and your real tasks rather than a set curriculum, so every session is relevant to what you actually do.

The first move

The free 20-minute audit is the first step — no pitch, no pressure. You leave with a clear next move whether or not we work together.
