The Scale Atelier

Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 July 2026

The Scale Atelier (“we”, “us”) is a studio run by Anastasia, based in Belgrade, Serbia, working with clients worldwide. This policy explains — in plain language — what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to talk with you and do the work.

What we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us:

  • Booking details. When you book a free audit, our scheduling is handled by Cal.com. You provide your name, email, and anything you write in the booking form. Cal.com processes this on our behalf.
  • Emails you send us. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
  • Nothing from the calculator. The Time-Drain Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

Analytics and cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Because of that, this site does not need a cookie-consent banner. The only cookies involved are:

  • A strictly-necessary session cookie used only on our private admin area to keep the studio owner signed in. It is never set for normal visitors.
  • Cal.com's own cookies, which may be set by Cal.com only if you open the booking scheduler, so their service can function. That processing is governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.

Why we use your data

To reply to you, schedule and run a free audit, and — if we go ahead together — carry out the work you've asked for. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who processes it

We rely on a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Cal.com (scheduling), Vercel (website hosting), and our email provider for correspondence. Each acts under its own privacy terms and only to deliver these services.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email correspondence only as long as needed to help you and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, then delete it. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make any of these requests, just email us — we don't require a special form.

Contact

For any privacy question or data request, email hello@thescaleatelier.com. If we ever change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
