I'm Anastasia — a founder and economics student who got tired of watching brilliant women do everything by hand while the good AI advice stayed locked behind jargon and gatekeepers.
I'd watch someone run a genuinely great business — coaching, creative work, consulting — and lose hours every week to invoicing, follow-ups, scheduling, and admin that a machine could handle in the background. Meanwhile the people talking about AI made it sound like a members-only club. That gap bothered me enough to build the studio I wished existed.
The Scale Atelier is a studio that installs AI into women-led businesses — in any niche. Not with hype, and not with systems you can't understand or leave. We bring clarity to how you work, build the parts worth automating, and hand you the keys.
